Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in North Charleston, SC. You will be in charge of assisting the operation of a single store, hiring, directing associates, and guiding performance to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a three-week (or more) store leadership training program to prepare you for success, plus ongoing mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and supervise associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and participate in hiring, training and directing staff.
• Participate in a store leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare for success.
