The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program and opportunities for mentorship within the Panda community. Must be able to relocate within 50 miles and work a flexible schedule including open/close shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and Panda policies while leading a fast-paced team.
