We provide eight weeks of leadership training and mentorship to prepare you for success, with a flexible schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store and leading its team.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
