Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a team to meet financial goals.

You will participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and receive mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your success. Flexibility for open/close shifts, weekends, holidays, and relocation within 50 miles is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and drive team development.
