Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will be responsible for daily operations, hiring and directing staff, and driving financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an eight‑plus week leadership training program, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community to help you develop professionally and personally. Must be willing to relocate within 50 miles and work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Deliver and ensure high standards of guest service and store performance.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship through an 8+ week store leadership training program.
