Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location with accountability for operating performance and guest satisfaction. You will oversee hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

We offer an eight-week (or more) store leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from a strong Panda community designed to foster professional growth and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
