Job summary

Panda Express in Temple, TX is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

It's up to you to make your store a success. We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop team members through the store leadership training program to drive store success.
• Support and implement Panda Express standards to deliver consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing leadership training and mentorship provided by the Panda community.
