Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager for a Panda Express location in the Temple, TX area. You will oversee daily store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a team to meet financial goals.

In addition, you’ll participate in leadership development and a multi-week training program designed to ensure your success. The role requires flexible scheduling, staff supervision experience, and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
