Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in Sterling Heights, MI. You’ll oversee hiring, training, and operations to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in an eight-week leadership training program designed to develop your skills and prepare you for success within our growing family of restaurants. We value teamwork, guest focus, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment across shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• It's up to you to make your store a success.
• Provide leadership during the eight-week leadership training program to prepare for continued growth within Panda Restaurant Group.
