Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Sterling Heights. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates, and drive toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a robust leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from a Panda community that values family and personal development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Participate in leadership training to prepare for store-management responsibilities (3+ weeks).
• Support a fast-paced work environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
