Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Pasco, Washington. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and supervise associates, and drive financial goals while delivering guest experiences.

We offer an eight-week Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship, and supportive Panda community aimed at your professional growth. Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising staff and achieving financial goals.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program.
