Panda Express in Marana, AZ seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a single location, driving guest satisfaction and financial results. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to deliver consistent excellence.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and the support of a caring Panda community to help you succeed. A flexible schedule and willingness to move up to 50 miles are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and drive financial performance.
• Hire, coach, and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
