Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is hiring an Assistant Manager in Marana, AZ to help operate a single Panda store. You will hire, lead and coach associates to meet financial goals and guest-service standards, while participating in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare you for future growth.

Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and support store success.
Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
