Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager in Hamilton, OH to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure a high‑quality dining experience.

A formal 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Flexibility is required to work opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with relocation within 50 miles of home as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and drive toward success of the store.
• Lead the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and onboarding for new leaders.
