Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Apex, NC store, hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.

The company offers paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community focused on your success. Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles and to work opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program.
