Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Surprise, AZ to lead a single store’s operations, drive financial results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will undergo over 12 weeks of leadership training and progress along Panda’s General Manager development path, with a clear path to GM promotion after training completion. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path.
• Undergo 12+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for GM certification and promotion.
