Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda store, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial goals are met. You will hire, direct and coach associates while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

External hires join a leadership development path with 12+ weeks of training, culminating in GM certification (GO100) and potential promotion to General Manager. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to relocate/move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays; Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet goals and guest experience.
• Participate in leadership development path toward General Manager and support training.
• Lead store leadership training to prepare for GM certification and promotion.
