Job summary

Panda Express in Happy Valley, Oregon, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement into store

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing associates.
• Aim to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate store leadership training and onboarding.
