Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Lake Oswego, OR. You will run a single Panda Express store, hire and guide associates to meet financial goals, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll receive 8 or more weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success. The company offers a generous benefits package including free meals, medical/vision/dental, 401K with match, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and leadership

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
Lead and train staff; participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
