Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and driving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week of store leadership training, mentoring and a path for growth into management. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, life, 401K with company match, PTO, and an employee meal program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Hire, train and supervise store associates to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
