Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the Portland area. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing career development, with opportunities to advance into management roles while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
• Drive guest satisfaction and store performance through effective team leadership and operational excellence.
