Panda Express is seeking store leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single location, hire and develop associates, drive guest satisfaction, and meet financial goals. An 8+ week leadership training program supports your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service and food quality.
• Lead store initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Participate in leadership training and continuous development opportunities.
