Panda Restaurant Group (the operator of Panda Express) seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee a single California store, drive financial results, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, train, and lead associates, with a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
Provide leadership and direction to ensure consistent, high-quality service and food preparation.
Lead the 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success and ongoing development.
