Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor team through a structured leadership training program and ongoing development.
• Ensure standards are met for guest service, speed, accuracy, and quality while managing costs and inventory.
