Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, oversee hiring, coaching, and daily operations to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

New leaders will complete an 8+ week leadership training program and have opportunities for advancement within our growing restaurant family. This on-site role supports personal development and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of a single Panda Express Store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive store success and profitability through effective leadership and customer service.
• Participate in and complete an 8+ week store leadership training program.
