You will hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You must be able to work opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays within business needs.

Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home. The company provides eight or more weeks of leadership training, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
