Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to store team through training and development programs.
• Oversee daily store activities to ensure quality, speed, and accuracy of service.
