Job summary

You will participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success. The role requires flexibility with schedule, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a Serve Safe Food Safety certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store; hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide ongoing leadership and training to store staff; support the Panda leadership development programs.
