Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single store, including staffing, performance, and guest experience. You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for ongoing career growth within Panda Restaurant Group, Inc.

The role requires flexibility to work a schedule that includes openings, closings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service and driving results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training to prepare for success through an 8+ week program.
• Support the store team with constant staff development and guest experience excellence.
