Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store, overseeing hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Successful candidates will undergo 8+ weeks of leadership training to prepare for store management responsibilities.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within the Panda Restaurant Group network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain smooth store operations
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for store management responsibilities.
