Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a Panda Express store, hire and lead associates, and drive financial and guest satisfaction goals. You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program designed to develop operational excellence.

We support growth into management roles and provide extensive benefits, training, and development opportunities to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and direct associates.
• Hire, train and manage staff to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and guest experience standards.
