Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Idaho to lead a Panda Express location, drive performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, train, and direct associates while steering toward financial goals.

External hires begin as Store Managers within the General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and ongoing development to prepare you for future GM roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work openings/closings, evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and lead hiring, coaching, and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Part of General Manager development path with leadership training lasting 12+ weeks.
• Participate in ongoing career and leadership development and training.
