Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Idaho Falls is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location. You will lead store operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage and develop associates, and work toward financial goals with support from our leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, manage and direct associates.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
