Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location in Mobile, AL. You will hire, train, and lead team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will complete an 8+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for continued growth within the Panda family and support from our caring Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to reach financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• OverseeStore performance and lead the team through an 8+ week leadership training program.
