Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to open/close shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for four hours, and reach 36 inches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead the store through leadership development pathways toward GM readiness.
• Participate in 12+ weeks of leadership training and applicable evaluations.
