Panda Express is seeking strong leaders to join our store management team in Oklahoma City. You will manage all aspects of a Panda store, drive guest experience and financial results, and guide teammates through extensive leadership training with the goal of advancing to General Manager.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead store leadership development through Panda's training pathway and GM certification progression.
• Provide hands-on training and continuous leadership development for the store team.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards and drive store performance.
