• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

• Lead and develop associates, ensuring high performance and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate and provide eight+ weeks of leadership training to prepare for success.
