Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Participate in the Store Management Leadership Training program to prepare you for success.
