The position includes an 8+ week leadership training program, relocation flexibility within 50 miles, and opportunities for growth into management. Comprehensive benefits and bonus opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and supervise store activities to ensure success of the store.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for the role.
