Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment. You will oversee the operation of a Panda store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
Available to work a schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety training.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
Hire, train and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
Provide leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
Lead safety, food handling, and quality control across all shifts.
