Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team and develop through paid Store Management Leadership Training, with mentorship and Panda community support helping your success.

You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing staff to hit financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences; 8+ weeks of leadership training will be provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Leadership training of 8 or more weeks will be provided to prepare you for success.
