Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is 100% committed to the professional and personal development of our family of associates, offering a leadership training program and mentorship to support your success.

You’ll manage a single store, handle hiring and staff direction to meet financial goals and guest experience standards, with ongoing training and growth opportunities across the Panda organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and implement the store leadership training program, mentoring team members and supporting career development.
• Participate in and support ongoing leadership development and performance improvement initiatives.
