Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently to drive overall success.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program designed for success.
