Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates to meet financial goals, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to drive success and maintain standards.
• Lead through an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and mentorship.
