Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Auburn Hills, Michigan. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals.

An 8+ week leadership training program is included to prepare you for success. The role requires relocation within 50 miles of home, flexibility for opening/closing shifts, and adherence to Serve Safe food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program to prepare for store leadership responsibilities.
