Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Monroe, Michigan. As a Store Manager you’ll oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering guest experiences.

We offer an eight-week or longer leadership training program, mentorship, and the support of a Panda community focused on your success. The role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and to relocate

Qualifications

• Requires flexibility to move within 50 miles of home
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards
• Hire, train and develop team members to uphold company standards and policies
• Lead the store's leadership training program and participate in ongoing professional development
