Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Oversee training and development of staff; participate in leadership training programs.
