Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda store in the United States. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to hit financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship through Panda’s store management program.
• Lead and develop team to deliver exceptional service while driving store performance.
