Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Ability to work within a 50-mile radius of a store.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification for food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
