Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the store team to execute company standards and drive performance.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
